Horn of Africa Gateway

An integrated terminal, storage, and logistics gateway designed to serve East African markets and strengthen regional supply resilience.

The Horn of Africa Gateway brings together refined-product storage, modern dry warehousing, cold-chain capacity, essential-goods handling, and regional distribution within one connected trade platform. Its purpose is to link major maritime routes with East African markets, improve supply availability, support import and export flows, and provide dependable infrastructure for future industrial and energy demand.

Strategic role

Establish a regional gateway linking strategic maritime access with reliable storage, handling, and inland distribution capacity.

Development focus

Demand validation, technical design, environmental and social safeguards, stakeholder interfaces, commercial structure, and phased delivery.

Energy · Natural Resources02 / 05

Oil & Gas

Selected onshore oil-and-gas initiatives being advanced through staged technical, regulatory, environmental and commercial assessment.

LifeBridge is advancing selected oil-and-gas initiatives across the full value chain—from subsurface analysis and drilling preparation to production systems, storage, logistics, supporting infrastructure and market access. Each initiative proceeds through independent technical validation, regulatory alignment, environmental and social safeguards and clearly defined investment gates.

Strategic role

Advance responsible and commercially viable energy initiatives capable of strengthening regional supply and productive capacity.

Development focus

Subsurface data, independent technical assessment, drilling readiness, regulatory alignment, infrastructure definition, market access, safeguards, and risk reduction.

◎Critical Minerals Platform
Exploration and validation stage
Critical Resources · Mining03 / 05

Critical Minerals Platform

A Horn of Africa minerals platform designed to build transparent and responsible supply relationships with European industry.

Regional remote screening has covered approximately 40% of the initial target geography, and LifeBridge is advancing work across contract-backed and licensed areas covering more than 2,000 square kilometres. Current programs consider gold, copper, lithium, gemstones, and other critical minerals. Historical research, remote sensing, fieldwork, and initial sampling have identified priority targets; drilling and independent resource definition are still required before mineral resources or reserves can be declared. Through 2027, the platform is intended to advance priority areas and assess selective opportunities in neighboring Horn of Africa markets.

Strategic role

Create a fair and sustainable gateway between the Horn of Africa's mineral potential and Europe's long-term need for diversified, responsible supply chains.

Development focus

Geological validation, drilling and resource definition, processing routes, enabling infrastructure, environmental and social safeguards, market access, and local capability.

→Essential Infrastructure
Strategic development focus
Strategic Infrastructure · Essential Services04 / 05

Essential Infrastructure

A development platform for infrastructure required to strengthen essential services and productive capacity across the Horn of Africa.

LifeBridge advances essential infrastructure where reliable basic services and productive capacity are constrained. The scope can include ports, energy systems, dry and temperature-controlled warehousing, agricultural infrastructure, healthcare facilities, supply and distribution networks and the import of specialised equipment from Europe. Depending on the project, LifeBridge may direct delivery, participate alongside public authorities and qualified international operators, or establish suitable long-term ownership and operating arrangements.

Strategic role

Help establish the practical infrastructure required for essential supply, resilient communities, trade, and long-term regional development.

Development focus

Verified demand, public and community priorities, technical feasibility, international delivery standards, safeguards, commercial design, financing, and long-term operation.

Evidence before scale.

We advance projects through verified evidence, defined ownership, and progressive risk reduction. The level of engineering, safeguards, governance, and investment review increases with the scale, complexity, and maturity of the asset.

Evidence

We test technical, market, and operating assumptions before making material commitments.

Safeguards

Environmental, social, safety, and stakeholder requirements advance with the engineering definition.

Governance

Clear ownership, decision rights, reporting lines, and risk allocation support accountable delivery.

Operations

Maintainability, operating quality, and whole-life performance are designed into the asset from the start.
